Our first experience with Spark and it was great. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, they were very accommodating as we were coming in from driving 24hrs straight. Room was clean, pool and hot tub were well maintained along with the rest of the hotel. Thank you, we will be recommending to everyone!
I was worried about the stay as I saw 1 star review saying rooms are dirty and tiny, not like posted on their website. But when I got there, I found it's a nice and clean place. Room match 95% of their website pictures. It is the old Best Western building but just renovated, looks clean, no weird smell, offers free coffee, tea, water, ice and breakfast (even though no hot food). Near Target and Eden Prairie Center, a lot of good restaurant around, near Great River Rd, easy to get anywhere. I got an upgrade of my room as a diamond member, but no snacks and digital key didn't work. The only thing I would like to complain is the juice of the breakfast is like no flavor, probably add too much water.
The desk clerks were very friendly. But the breakfast offered was pretty cheap. Overall, it's a good stay. And oh, the indoor pool and spa are nice amenities. Thank you Anna and Mani.
No coffee maker/microwave in the room. Coffee and microwave in the lobby. One ice maker on lower level. Mini fridge in room. The weekend I was there, jacuzzi jets didn't work but water was hot. No hot breakfast,but continental. It's a basic model hotel, extremely clean, I was on the 3rd floor corner room,so it was quiet. Would stay here again,but will bring my air fryer to heat up food.
Excellent customer service! I was in a rush and the front desk agent went above and beyond to get me into a clean room quickly. I had a wonderful stay in a very clean and comfortable room. The room and hotel was very clean, best of all the location is near all sorts of stores, mall and 15mins from Paisley Park studios!
Front desk staff was awesome, and I loved the grad-n-go food! Really cool, fresh, and interesting hotel. Really enjoyed my stay this summer!
Staff was very pleasant, the Continental breakfast was as expected, the rooms were clean and the welcome message on the TV was a nice personal touch. Great stay! Plus a hot tub!
Really good price. Employees were very nice and helpful. Decent bagel breakfast with cereals, yogurt. Just a basic but clean hotel.
